"My picky dog is actually eating it now"
I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious at first because my pup usually turns his nose up at almost everything. But somehow he’s really into this food now and actually finishes his bowl. I’m still keeping an eye on it, but so far it’s been a surprisingly good switch.

"Found What I Needed Without the Runaround"
I was trying to figure out which dog food might be a good fit, so I ended up on frommfamily.com just poking around for info. i expected to be clicking through a bunch of random pages, but it was straightforward. The site loaded quickly, the menu actually made sense, and I found the ingredients and store locator without getting annoyed or lost. It was one of those rare times where a website just did what I needed it to do. Simple, easy to use, and I’d definitely go back to it again.

"My dog’s food is usually there"
I keep ordering from here because the flavor my dog actually likes, they pretty much always have it in stock. Restocking food is way less annoying this way, for me anyway.

"Good quality, a bit pricey"
I grabbed this kind of quickly, so I didn’t spend a ton of time comparing options, but the quality is good. It feels well made and does what I needed. I do think the price could be a little better, though

I’ve ordered from frommfamily.com a few times now, shipping has been solid. Most of my orders showed up right on time, no drama. One box did come a little banged up, but the food inside was totally fine, so no biggie. I’d definitely order again.

"Heads up: the kibble pieces are really small"
Just a quick warning for anyone considering this food: my dog does eat it, so it’s not a total miss, but the kibble pieces are way smaller than I expected. If your dog tends to swallow food fast or does better with larger pieces, this might be something to watch out for.

"Really quick help and nice service"
I had a question about my dog’s food, and they got back to me really fast. The person I spoke with was kind and actually answered exactly what I asked. It was really easy to deal with them, and there was no runaround.

My dog’s stomach seems to be doing a lot better overall, but he still has soft poop every now and then. It’s not perfect yet, but I’ve definitely noticed some improvement

"A good fit for my dog"
I’ve been using Fromm for a while now, and umm, it’s been really good for my dog. It seems like a nice balanced food, not too heavy — and his energy and coat have stayed consistent. He also doesn’t seem to get an upset stomach with it like he has with some other brands. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Finally, a bag that actually stays shut"
I wasn’t expecting much, but the reseal on this bag actually works really well. It stays closed without me having to fuss with it, and the food seems to stay fresh. From how sturdy it feels, I’m guessing it’ll hold up nicely over time too.

My dog was getting a little too chunky, and this really helped him slim down, actually, I was kind of surprised how steady his weight has been since. He seems happier and less sluggish too.

Ive been ordering Fromm for my dog for a while now, and I really like that theres so many flavors to pick from. He gets bored with food fast, but so far he hasnt turned his nose up at any of it. Weve tried the chicken, salmon, and even a few of the more random mixed flavors. Its been nice not having to keep switching between different brands just to keep him interested in eating...

"A little too hard and crunchy for my dog"
My dog does eat it, so it’s not like he hates it, but I feel a little uneasy about how hard and crunchy the kibble is. It just sounds tougher than I expected when he chews it, and I can’t help worrying it might not be the most comfortable for him.
